Stay-Lit Guarantee & Take Down
If a bulb goes out or something needs adjusting, just give us a call—we’ll be there within 48 hours to make it right. When the season wraps up, we’ll schedule a convenient time to carefully take everything down and store your lights securely until next year.

Flour Girl Cafe & Bakery — Hebron
Located in Hebron’s historic town center, The Flour Girl campus features four buildings including the Cafe, Bakery, Dooryard, and General Store. The campus was illuminated in purple and greens for Hebron’s annual Harvest Moonlight Festival, and later switched to warm white and custom pink holiday lights inspired by their brand. Special care was taken with the design to respect second floor building tenants by focusing on first floor rooflines.
Marlborough Volunteer Fire Department
The fire department roofline, columns, and sign perimeter were illuminated in a patriotic red and white roofline, creating a proud display of community and cheer in the town center.
Somers Recreation & Leisure Services
After years of volunteer set ups, the Town of Somers trusted us to bring a cohesive professional look to their annual tree lighting event in 2025. Their 35 foot evergreen will be transformed into a warm twinkling showcase for the town’s annual celebration.

Are you licensed and insured?
Holiday Lighting by J&M is our DBA name for our dedicated lighting division under J&M Lawn Care LLC. We hold an active Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license in Connecticut and our insurance fully covers both lawn care and holiday lighting services under one comprehensive policy — including $1 million in general liability, auto, and workers’ compensation coverage.
Is installation safe for my roof and property?
Absolutely. We use specialized clips and fasteners designed for exterior lighting that won’t damage shingles, gutters, or trim. Roofline lights are attached using gutter clips or thin tabs that slide safely under shingles — no nails or drilling required.
Wreaths and garland may be secured using small hooks, screws, or anchors, which can leave minor cosmetic marks if later removed. For windows and smooth surfaces, we use suction cups, 3M outdoor adhesive clips, or light staples when necessary.
